At The Lekki Gift Co., we take great care in curating and delivering every order. Due to the nature of our products, our refund and return policy is limited.
Returns and refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Beyond this timeframe, we may not be able to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused, in its original condition
– The item must be in its original packaging
– Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
– Perishable goods (e.g. food items, flowers)
– Personal care items (e.g. body care, perfumes, bath products)
– Customised or branded gift items
– Gift cards

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
– Item received is damaged
– Wrong item was delivered
To report an issue:

– Provide clear photos/videos as evidence

REFUNDS
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
– A refund will be processed to your original payment method, or
– Store credit or replacement may be issued (depending on the case)
Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error
